166 Head gasket???

Help!

This morning, slowing down to enter a 40 zone, my 2.0 TS 166 started to feel as if it was missing. Then the engine management light came on, then went off. I went out at lunch time and it still felt as if it was missing and started to spew oyt quite a bit of smoke from the exhaust.

Any ideas?
