Brera caliper colour

I have decided to spruce up my calipers on the Brera. In going to stick with the original silver/gray colour and was wondering if anybody could tell me which would have been the original paint colour?

There probably wont be a paint code and if there is then you will be lucky to get hold of it in high temp paint
I used Hycote high temp paint and clear laquer on my calipers, it gave a good finish and was well priced from euro car parts, I used red but they also do it in silver. Once the calipers have been on the car for a few days Im sure nobody will notice that they are a slightly different shade of silver.

Yeah I agree, has to be better than a shade of surface rust and road dirt!

I was thinking of paint mine, I was thinking gold with red stickers on, wasn't sure if it would look right on a Alfa Spider.

ANY colour is better than the standard grey ones. Such a missed opportunity from Alfa right there

I'm pretty certain gloss black was never standard on an LE. Mine are the boring grey ones.
In fact I've never seen any Spider with black calpiers.
Have you got a pic?

Will be doing them in a couple of weeks as i have some time off. Must make a decision soon

I bought a kit in red a few months ago but haven't got around to doing them yet. I think red calipers look very nice on a red Brera with Anthracite grey wheels ...
