I return with an update - just got the car back. Indeed, the wiring was wrong. It was actually completely reversed, and I can now confirm Mito's color codes, with a small hue change according to my vision:
I just hope the sensor did not get damaged while wired wrongly. There is no ECU error, but still, the ECU can only say if the sensor is roughly working as far as I know.
If I assume correctly that there is no +12V going to the sensor elements, only to the heater, and we can see the heater has no problem of inverting the wires (pin3 <-> pin4), then I conclude there should be no harm due to the GND and analog reading pins being mixed. Not sure about the calibration resistor, hope it doesn't receive a voltage from the ECU.
