Rotten rear shocks

159, Spider and Brera owners.

We have just come across a rotten spring pan on the rear of a 159.
This allows the spring to slide down over the spring plate.

We have fitted to this 159 Koni Street shocks (£172.00 a pair plus fitting).
We have seen this a great many times on Alfa 156 and 147's.

Thanks for the heads up, at least on the 159 theres not much chance of it shredding a tyre.
