Re: Brera - will I or won't I?
I too think that my Brera is a comfortable car, at least for 1,2 or 2.5 people which is what I need. My commute to work is 70 miles, mainly on the M25. Hey, it works for me, but everyone is different.
To answer Will, query,
I've had my Brera for about 9 months & 7k miles,& as a snapshot report, yep, absolutely love it. Ok, fuel consumption is a bit heavy, but I only do about 10-12k miles per year, so for me, another 5mpg wouldn't make a whole hill o' beans difference. I've had the "rocking-chair" fault fixed, & apart from that, er no trouble at all. My mate's Audi A3 has had more electrical glitches in a similar timeframe. My Brera is comfy (see above) practical enough for me, good sized boot, etc. Dashboard layout, drivers seat, equipment, is all fab. OK rear legroom is very limited, but my 8yr old sits in the back with the passenger seat moved forward a bit & is OK for the 3 of us for 30-45 minute journeys.
When I need more space in the back, I'll probably go for a 159, as it has so many commonalities with the Brera.
