At first the apologies: My subterranean garage was too dark for the auto focus of my camera, so I had to focus manually first and then take the pictures nearly blindly with one hand. Apart from that I can't deny that my car is dirty, but the way in which a flash enhances that, is appalling.
These picutures don't deserve a separate thread for now, so . . .
In the first picuture you see the upper windscreen seal. I highlighted what I think is the source of the creaking/rattle sound: The back end of the seal rubbing against the roof.
So I put on a rubber glove, wind some cloth around the finger, soak the cloth with silicone spray.
Picture 2: Then I lift the rubber seal on one end with something like a credit card (or a handy kitchen tool in my case).
Picture 3: Then put the finger under the seal and run it through till the middle of the car.
Then do the same from the other side.
(Others have sprayed the silicone with a tube directly under the seal, which was also successful.)
