Main dealer recommendation
So this isn't an Alfa Romeo recommendation, but....
I bought my current 2010 159 2.0JTDm from Gallaghers Mitsubishi in Warrington.
Since I bought it 6 months ago It has been back to then 3 times for:-
2 rear springs,
1 rear wheel bearing,
1 Front top suspension arm.
each time the staff have been courteous, professional, helpful.
When my car went in for the rear springs (first visit) I noticed a small mark on the rear bumper as if it had been reversed into something,(gently, no damage other than a light scratch) I dont know if it was there when I bought it but I believe it had happened at the garage, they didn't cause a fuss or argue the toss, just gave me the number of their touch up guy who came to my house and sorted it no problem (I live 12 miles from the dealers)
I am astounded by the level of service I've received.
The last visit (top suspension arm) they could not diagnose the issue with any certainty so they gave me a curtesy car whilst they took my car to Mangoletsi to have it fixed (all at no charge to me)
I'm so happy with the service I have received from these guys I will defiantly check their forecourt when my current car needs replacement.
The curtesy car I had was tiny but had so many extras it was amazing.
Might even change to a Mitsubishi after this Alfa.....
