Windscreen Washer Adjustment

Have tried adjusting the washers but to no avail. They diffuse very well and give the back screen and boot lid a good covering! Any ideas how to adjust them please? Clearly not as simple as sticking a pin into the nozzle....

The only adjustment is to clean/descale them.

Sound about right considering mine were replaced before I bought the car instead of being cleaned/adjusted.

The springy clip that is part of the jet sometimes loses it firmness and the jet becomes loose.

If you look under the bonnet, remove the plastic cover, and can move the jet then this is the issue.

As said above, they need cleaning and seating so they are flush in their mounting.

I held mine in place with some duct tape, if you do this and find they spray where they should that is your issue.

New jets or cillit bang and good quality duct tape
