Those dates are quite consistent and short term, however I'm gonna side with coincidence. Looking at that it would mean the first owner had it longest, with the ones who came after having it for about a year.
I can give you a personal example, I got my Giulietta last year and had it for just about a year like that as circumstances somewhat changed and I fancied getting a new MiTo. You never know but it could be reasons like that some more of which include change of job, starting a family or some people just want some short term fun, which means that it has had a few owner changes in a shorter period of time.
Also the Spider I have hasn't done a lot of miles at just under 21000, but it has had 2 owners before me already in that time.
I know you can't predict the future but all being good the Spider is a car I'd want to keep for a lot longer than a year. There are other Alfa's like the Brera I'd like for more of a track day thing, however only if space and cash allows which isn't guaranteed at all and I wouldn't really want to change the Spider for it. Only way I might ever end up changing the Spider is if Alfa make a new one in this type of segment, and as I mentioned in a previous post in another topic I would only think about it if it was really really good.
