Manifold inlet Module

Here we go again.

I have had a few thousand miles with no incidents and nice full service. Because I use my car for work (self employed) I have been doing a thousand miles a week and my car is getting hammered on these roads. Anyway I had a stench of exhaust gasses in the cabin and my mechanic neighbour (thank god! 10 an hour!) said I needed a new Manifold inlet and some wishbones for the clonky over pot holes.

I have the manifold on ebay but at the bottom it says:-

"It is also advised, that the electric drive module (that operates the tumble/swirl flaps) is replaced along with this manifold, as this is pre-setto its original manifold, and may not function correctly once fitted to a new unit."

What part number is this or link to it? I need to get it sorted cause I'm worried about carbon Monoxide poisoning!
