I thought I'd try to contact Alfa, and sent them a nice e mail, got a reply stating they're sorry I was having trouble with my Mito, but they couldn't help, as it was out of warranty.
I wrote back stating I was aware of that, because I'd mentioned the fact to them, in the note referring to my 159, not Mito, and I was asking them to consider a gesture of good will as it had such catastrophic failure so soon.
The left me a message on my answer phone to call them, I thought, maybe result!
Got in contact and they said couldn't help because out of warranty, (do these people not talk to each other?.
I then asked if they would consider goodwill as per my previous reasons, and was now told because I had it repaired at an independant, they couldn't consider goodwill (even though it had expired after all previous servicing was done at Alfa main dealer. I was talking to brick wall now.
This morning I received a customer satisfaction survey form from them. I Think NOT.
