Tried to clean out the EGR pipe, throttle body, boost solenoid, MAP (once again), look for vacuum leaks and give her a good drive. No help. If anything the car feels even weaker. What is the next step? I would hate to send my new (to me) Alfa to the shop, but I'm clueless.
Right now it's powerless below 2000 rpm and when I floor it absolutely nothing happens if I'm in third doing 50 kmph up a hill. This makes me think the turbo or something related might be the culprit.
I noticed a lot of gunky oil around the turbo, but as far as I know this is normal. The lower turbo hose is sweaty and the panel below the turbo is also a bit messy. On the exhaust side of the turbo body I also noticed some soot. Don't know if this is normal?
