Are you struggling to get the damper unit out of the wheel arch? If so, I found that using a set of spreaders, one end up into the wheel arch with a block of wood to protect the plastic, the other end onto the wishbone thing. Spred the spreaders so it allows the damper and top mount to drop enough and then get a crow bar between the arch and top mount and prise out. Otherwise a spare set of hands and a 4ft bar might be needed to lower the wishbone while you pull the damper out. It's tight and a PIA. Make sure you put the bolt you had trouble with back in the other way round, makes life easier.
