If it's happening during DPF regens I would have a look here, you can get a couple of products:
Some Wynns stuff you simply pour into the tank (and helps burn off during the natural regen)
Wurth do stuff you spray in the DPF and then run a forced regen.
Or you can take a large bore drill and take off the rear face of the DPF.
Alternative and popular is to map the DPF and EGR out of the ecu.
Otherwise it's a case of looking into the turbo, but it's possible the back pressure from the DPF is affecting the expected boost (as it's after the turbo), the EGR could also affect it (blanking was the easy test).
