159 - can i mix and match tyres?
So I've managed to get 2 flats in the same evening - one front nearside, one rear nearside.
I've got the 3.2 JTS Q4, and I recall that it may be problematic to have tyres at different levels of wear (not good for the diffs)?
Wear levels aside, my car currently has pirelli p zero nero's all round. However I can't get hold of these any more in 235/45R18, as it seems they're discontinued. So if I go for something else (say bridgestone), is it a problem if I have the 2 tyres on the right hand side of the car different than the 2 tyres on the left?
I would really rather avoid having to replace all 4 at once as it gets very expensive very quickly!
