music through the USB
Although Ive had my 2008 Spider for almost a year now I have only just had a play with the USB in the glove box.
I scrounged a couple of cheap memory sticks from work and downloaded a couple of albums just to try it out, at first all played as it should but after putting a different stick in I lost the speakers on one side, went back to the first stick and still no speakers on one side, this happened a couple of times and I thought maybe dodgy sticks so I picked up a decent 32GB memory stick and loaded it.
Straight off it was still missing one sides worth of speakers but this morning I started up and I had it working fully again.
I have had no problems whatsoever with the radio, the CD or the iPod lead connected to CD2 so could this be down to upgrades ?
I haven't upgraded B+M since I have had it so do you think I should be reading through the upgrade threads ?
I really ought to get the handbook out again and see what B+M can actually do but in the mean time I would appreciate your ideas on the problem of the missing speaker(s)
