Thanks, Im like an expectant father pacing up and down....waiting....what is the saying ? 'no news is good news' and all that.
Loving this MiTo, what a fun bit of kit, its only a 1.4 but boy does it go.
I think its a 1.4 TCT Definative (if Ive got that right) with just 2.4k on the clock, automatic but with a second D for paddle shift, DNA system, drives and looks very nice. I was used to the automatic box in seconds.
Let down in the interior with a lot of plastic and hard cloth seats and the juke box sounds quite poor compared to the Spider but it is easy to navigate and much better (7 years on tech) than the basic jobbies most of us have in our 159/Brera/Spiders. Touch the steering wheel and its off, scared me at first when I gave it some but great fun....yeah love it.
Just got to find the right one for Mrs S now, want a veloce or lusso or higher and preferably with leather trim, I know its only the MiTo, the baby Alfa but I keep looking back at it in the works car park. We were considering a few different cars but the list has just shrunk to one.
I hope they keep my Spider for the weekend so that I can play but dont get me wrong, it'll be one for the Mrs, I want mine back.
