Front and back? I assume you have, but have you checked to see if the damper rod bolts are done up tight? Just open the bonnet, push up and down on the wing whilst looking/listening to the strut top mount area. Even with a 1mm play they make a racket.
If you changed the springs yourself then doing the track rod ends would be a doddle for you. Just make sure you count the number of turns it takes to remove the track rod end and put the new one on with the same number of turns. Hopefully you'll not have to realign, but you ought to get a good alignment done anyway.
