Boxing Depreciation guess

With the forthcoming release of the Guilia can anyone guess at the expected depreciation of existing 159's that are currently on the fore courts?

I am looking to buy sometime in the near future and was wondering if iit would be best to wait for a few weeks or to add the argument to my £££ haggling.

Any thoughts appreciated.

It could even renew interest in the 159 as the intervening years don't make the Giulia a replacement.

The Giulia only gets unveiled next month, it'll be well into 2016 before you see one on UK roads.
And 159 prices are already on the floor, some early examples can be had for very little money.

If the new cars take Alfa into the more premium end of the market it might have a positive effect on old Alfa's

I suspect that the majority of 159s will not be affected either way as they are already to old or mileage to high to be affected by a new model release.

No affect at all - the 159 has been out of production too long to be a factor. Might have a slight impact on the very newest high value 159's a push.
