New User with a question
her ladyship has bought an Alfa Spider 08 plate. The AC/ventilation system worked all on auto all the time but wasn't required one morning recently so was turned down to 0 and displayed off.
A day or so later on a damp morning the blowers were required, and there was and is no response, no fans (not sure about heat I don't use the car), no `off' in the digital display.
Is this likely to be a single main fuse?
Should I do the reset via battery disconnect first?
The manual is appalling, all the words with arrows pointing to pictures that aren't there, or are incomplete (faded).
Which brings me to: Where is the fuse box? In the boot under the dash or under the hood?
Any assistance appreciated.
Thus far the car lives up to Alfa's reputation. Disk brake warning light on (pads have been replaced), faulty fuel sensor, and now this bug with the ventilation ... though it has to be said when I did take it for a spin round some Somerset green lanes it was a very pleasant drive.
