Unhappy 159 rusty screws

So, washing the 159 today -something I increasingly dread since when up close and personal, I'll invariably discover something grim that I wasn't previously aware of...

Anyway, what caught my attention was the screws on the inner door, around the locking mechanism, quite a few have rust forming on them, this not only looks tatty but also concerned it could spread to the surrounding bodywork if left - was wondering if anyone else has had this and what a suitable course of action might be... ?

(Currently thinking Hydrate 80 and paint touch up pen, but open to suggestions)

As ever, any help or advice would be much appreciated!

whatever you do dont look at your subframe

most screws will rust, what youre thinkin would do fine, or you can just put some grease on there
