Clutch repair cost arithmetics.

So, it comes...
My wife called me car stopped because of lost clutch pedal.
All of the sudden it happens at Nevsky ave., main one at St.Pbrg.
I was there in 15 minutes facing tremendous traffic jam created.
I really love my wife for ladyness to find her have talked mobile and sawed nails inside the car. Actually it is not a fun but it is a different story.
I have checked the leak of inner hydraulics means gearbox opening repair would be done.
repair cost ( labour ) this case is about 200Euro.
Clutch set is about 175Euro*stock.
Inner hydraulic drive is about 125Euro*stock.
DMF is 600Euro*stock, but I can order it for 350Euro with 14 days leadtime.
My car strip day at service is next Thursday which 5 day from now.
My older son has refused me to drive Giu, and my wife has promised me much more than Friday to use my 22JTS until car revive. I do not want DMF ex stock.
The question is how far essential to order DMF before gearbox strip to save time.
The car is 159, 19JTDm/150hp/manual with 122tkms mileage.

You should get the DMF changed at the same time, you can get them here VF Autoteile Service 24, GĂŒnstige Autoersatzteile und Autozubehör kaufen und shop online kaufen, BremsbelĂ€ge, Bremsscheiben, StoßdĂ€mpfer, Auspuff, und weitere fĂŒr BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes und andere Automarken.
I bought for my 159 2.4 the parts below for 640euro including delivery.
flywheel for 2.4 - 415042210 € 349.71
Clutch & hydraulic slave for the 2.4 - 624335833 € 282.57
Flywheel bot set - 411012210 € 7.26

The parts for your 1.9 could be less, worth checking on their website.

So, gearbox has been stripped. Clutch is rubbish, bearing is top one.
I have still one question to make sure ( last picture ).
Have checked DMF. Some blue signs of heating are there and OK.
The only move confirmed is clockwice\anticlockwice one part against another. Rotation in fact.
No axial or transversal beat in fact.
Should I change it or should I keep it ???
