finally today made it to remove this plastic cover. didn't knew that whole lot (including brushed aluminum bit) goes up.
managed to make just very small scratch

dam it was complicated
nevertheless, old unit is out, old sheet metal frame is out, old dashboard trim is out and new, black brushed aluminum one in
the cables plug situation is quite different from what I have with new Pioneer AVIC-F60DAB
first of all, Alfa has bundled most of the cables in one mega connector, although they look quite grouped as per standard connectors. there is one group with blue sub-connector which seams to be connected to some "magic" black box which was in the second compartment of the 2DIN sheet metal frame.
since I have Bosse system, is that something like amplifier or is that the famous Blue&Me?
will go now to try to find Pioneer CA-R-PI016 adapter (need it any way for remote controls)
if that does not help (photos on Pioneer web page show doubled standard connector, not this Alfa monster), will definitely go to professional to finish the job correctly
