I've never heard of any problems with the 3.2 Q4 F40 Gearbox or even the diffs, transfer-box or prop-shafts.
But doesn't mean that they can't go wrong.
I would add the gearbox is stiff when cold, first thing in the morning so to speak. They like the oil temp to be around 80c before a smooth change can be felt.
1st gear seems to feels better if the revs are aloud to climb slowly or smoothly upto around 3,000rmp then a slow but smooth gear change up to 2nd with the clutch pushed in one half way down with hardly any pressure from your hand on the lever, i,e don't push down on it more pull up & towards yourself.
Let the engine warm up in lower gears at legal road speeds, 2nd or 3rd climbing the revs smoothly evertime untill again aleast 80c on the oil gauge.
In summer if i drive on twisty roads in a sporting manner i just keep the car in 3rd, allowing the engine to rev upto 5-6,000rpms then back down again whilest on the brakes, after 10-20 mins of doing that sort of 3rd gear driving, the gearbox once used normal again, i.e every gear selected if needed, i'm suprized how smooth it feels afterward. It's as if the gear oil makes the gearbox smoother the hotter the oil gets.
Mine has 56k, i bought the Brera two years ago & the whole package just gets better with age, weird because every car i've bought in the past just gets worst with age.
But after my life story, i would have the drivetrain looked at if you're still concerned
