Power steering pipe leak near rack

Hi all,
First job after buying privately last week is to fix a leak pictured in the attached.
After removing the under tray and degreasing all around I was initially pleased that the leak wasn't coming from the rack but from a flexi/rigid pipe joint just above the rack. It's a bad leak probably a drip every 5 seconds with engine running.
Has anyone experience of replacing this pipe? I'm guessing not much alternative? Could be interesting I have put in a tube of Wynns power steering 'stop leak' but don't hold out hope as it works by swelling seal material...

Please, don't pour in any stop-leak adds because it might cause a stop.
The steering rack is already a weak point.

However, the welding have cracked and you need a new pipe.
