Ignition Switched Live Feed - 159
This question has probably been asked many times before, but unfortunately as I write, the search function of the forum....doesn't search!
Anyway, my question is, does anyone know of a convenient point to pick up an ignition switched live/ground pair of connections? I've just bought a RoadHawk DC-2 and wiring kit so want to provide it with the said ignition controlled feed (via an inline fuse). I'd like to keep the cable run as short and as neat as possible, so is there anywhere on the fusebox I can tap off?
On a side point, has anyone else fitted a car cam to their 159? If so, where did you mount it? There doesn't seem much room in the mirror area due to the rain(?) sensor, and I've already got a TAG unit (Severn Bridge prepaid transponder unit) in the same area - which I can move if necessary but it has to be at the top of the windscreen.
