I know people say values at idle are meaningless ? I disagree.
I havnt seen anyone show or link to manufacturers test data for correction values , yes we have seen values of +/- 0.9 and +/- 0.6 but the test rpm and load conditions I havnt heard for definite.
I have the bosch bumf here in post 194
and it looks like very low load conditions for injector ms and mm3 is on there check points for ima coding (250 bar) around idle pressure .
I check at a set of conditions, cold start , idle speed cold engine ,2000rpm cold engine , slow acceleration idle to 2000rpm and back to idle and the same when warm.
different issues in the injectors can show at different rpm/load conditions.
here was mine ticking over cold with a value of 5 or more at idle
sounded like running on 3 cylinders, knocking like a old Cortina, but when revs increased values reduced and once on the move the car drove perfect , stopped smoking ,pulled ok.
every junction I came to and it dropped to idle , it was back to that vid running on 3 ,smoking , knocking.
ive seen a lot of cars on here with suspect injectors , enough for people to test the values and I bet most of them have been ok at a 2000rpm check.
I don't see a problem with checking at idle as that's where most people will have noticed an issue. just vary rpm and loads and youll have a fuller picture.
also it looks like your logging boost pressure signal in mv and not actual boost pressure in mb, so it may not be as high as it looks, 5000mv will be around 3000mbar so your 3700mv may be only be around 2200mbar for example.(normal near max)
check next time you log .
also think about a quality injector cleaner now , even if your thinking about a replacement injector as it will also clean out the entire fuel system, pump , hp pump regulators etc and all pipes hoses etc.
so when you come to change injector (if) nothing should be there to contaminate your new one, also think about a new fuel filter.
also electrical contact cleaner the injector plugs male and female half and then check values again(wherever you chose to test at, consistently test at same points)
