congratz. they are pretty nice cars. Ive been driving my V6 S for a few months now. I like the cockpit, its pretty refined. The standard stereo is a bit basic looking. The seatbelt is a bit hard to reach. not much more I can fault about the inside. The car feels really nicely planted. This prodrive setup definetly improves the handling performance, the prodrive is a lot stiffer than the normal brera. I like this. if you drive it hard through a corner it behaves at the limit the front will start to loose grip in a nice predictable way, so you can drive it hard around the bends without to much concern. The engine is ok. Theres power there for sure, but you can feel the car is still quite heavy, compared to say the mkV r32 4 moton with the same engine size. The exhaust system is not as loud and lary as I would have expected for a V6. The gearbox is precise and solid, the brake system is very nice. It does drink gas, thats one of the biggest downsides. Ive driven and owned other cars that had a better driving experience overall. but its still good. and its different from all the other stuff out there. a sucess to Alfa.
I a selling my one, ill stick some pixs up on it. As I said it was a repair job (light front and rear and I have made a document on the repair process with pixs from start to finish, so when I say light front and rear you dont have to take my word for it). Its black and its done 35k. Ive got 2 keys and the service history. And Im after about 9.5k. I would say it was a pretty good buy, Ive driven 17k ones in dealerships and this is every bit as good. It needs a wheel refurb from light curbing but thats about it.
