Not sure the diesel has a 'throttle body' as such, however, the inlet (with it's valve) and the manifold can be cleaned, there is a guide on here somewhere.
After the EGR has been blanked, the oil and forced air coming in clean them up to a certain extent over time (according to Ned).
Took my MAP out the other day (after around 30,000miles of being blanked), other than a thin layer of blackend oil (from the oil breather), it was still unclogged (after 50,000miles of normal use from new you could not see the sensor at all, probably 5mm of gunk on it which I cleaned off)
Give the inlet and manifold a good spray of EGR cleaner (can be done through the EGR inlet), and this will help a little bit.
Edit:the guide is in the stickies!!
