In the metal the 8C concept from 2003 ( which was released without the changes unlike the Brera )isn't as pretty as the Brera concept believe it or not , i've seen one up close & had a good look around it.
I was happy to think the released Brera (commissioned by Alfa, built by Pininfarina) was in my view for the money( £ 25,000 starting price when new) a far better looking car than the £110,000 8C for the Brera looks almost the same priced car in term of the Brera's exotic looks.
The 8C's rear lights look like they're off an Alfa Mito, the side repeater look like they're off a fiat 500.
The speedo binnacles are taken from the Brera, so are the inside door closing handles.
Wouldn't buy one even if i could afford one, wouldn't be able to tell real people how much i've paid for An Alfa Romeo without being embarrassed for myself. And the nieghbours would probably call the environment agency due to it's noise it makes.
