Glasses Brera Residuals

Hi All

Just got my copy of Auto express and found a small piece on Alfa. They say that things are on the up at Alfa Romeo and as a consequence so are the residuals. Glasses guide now post the residual value of the Brera at 59% after three years. The article says this beats most of its rivals! Good news all round I hopeA good time to buy an Alfa I think! I also think the Competizione (spelling??) will lift the brand to new heights.

1 week and 4 days until I get my Brera! Im getting the full paint shield kit fitted the same day in Grantham which will mean a very long day. Apparently mines the first full Brera kit theyve done!? They can now do up to 48 inches in width which means no unsightly joins or cuts. I intend to keep my bella fantastico as its taken a lot to get her.

Everyone goes woooooaaa when I tell them Im getting a Brera. This car will be a classic!

Long Live Alfa Romeo!

Lucky you. For me I think having the protection done is a good idea. When you do the piccies be sure and show the protection - if thats possible.

Re: Glasses Brera Residuals

Hi there Steve, welcome to the forum. I am also a fairly new member, & picked up my Brera a couple of weeks ago. So far, I love it, its a wonderful car. The other members on the forum seem very friendly & welcoming, as well as being a good source of info. There are some pictures of mine on the images gallery, so let us know when you get your Brera & get some pictures posted. What model/spec did you go for?

Re: Glasses Brera Residuals

The word about residuals has obviously also got to the dealers, as when I was looking at one last weekend, they stated that the Brera was the 8th least depreciating car on the market.
Great news at last!

Re: Glasses Brera Residuals

Hi Manicatel

Sorry didn't respond earlier, went away for the weekend. I was looking for a red JTMD but couldn't fine one, other than a badley chipped example with the wrong wheels at Veloces in Barnet. I worked out that it would take 5.6 years before the derv would break even with a petrol on cost so found an 06 2.2 JTS in Cambridge at EMG with only 369 miles on the clock! It was an Alfa UK car used as a display or somthing. Car is mint! It doesn't even have dirt in the wheel arches and not a stone chip in site.

Nickg - Paint Protection want to use the car as a demo on their site so I'll post pics of the work if I can.

Pick her up week Tuesday due to trying to move house at the same time. Will post pics when she's mine........
