Adding rain light sensors questions

Ok I have brought and fitted a 159 column change and dusk light sensor with auto rear view mirror and fitted

Auto rear mirror works wonderfully, wipers contrary to what I have read also work well and I have no complaints all were a simple plug in and play except the auto lights so am I missing something I tried the setting in the licensed multiscan to activate but it wouldn't so am I still missing some hardware or do I need the full version of multi scan to do this

Oh and by the way this has actually being done on a 2009 Brera

The body computer controls the lighting so perhaps their is a different version for the auto lights?

When you say licensed or full version of Multiecuscan, do you mean the free and paid for versions? As I understand it, you need the paid for version.

Deactivating the rain/dusk setting in MES on mine still allowed the auto wipers to work but deactivated the auto headlights.
