Drivers side electric window switch unit

Does anybody know how to remove it?

The switch for the drivers window has broken, it will lower the window but not raise it back up again, I'm just thankful that you can put the windows up using the key so a quick solution isn't necessary.

There is a small crack in the back side of the switch and it now lifts up more than it should so i'm pretty sure it is something mechanical broken inside it, is it possible to take the unit apart and just replace the broken switch? A new unit costs about 150 so i'm keen to avoid that if at all possible.

Lift the little rubber mat out of the finger hole behind the switch and then remove the cap screw and lift it out.

Mine was doing the exact same thing, took the door card off to get to the switch unit. Took it all apart expecting to find it corroded but it looked all good inside. Ended up putting a small blob of blutack on each of the 4 levers( not where it makes contact with the circuit board, the other end) works perfectly again now!
