Alfa 159 1.9 jtdm overtightened egr valve bolts
During the many EGR cleaning exercises on my 159 1.9 jtdm, the two long bolts on the EGR valve have been overtightened, so the egr isn't snug any more. The local Alfa dealership told me I didn't need to replace the manifold, just the throttle body. I got a replacement throttle body, but that's not the part! There is a bit between the manifold and the throttle body that the EGR bolts onto....but I can't find the part on eLearn. Is it sold as part of the manifold? It does indeed look as if it's a separate part on the car, but what is it? And how I can I get one?
I've got the half-plastic manifold, which highlights how this bit is a separate - metal - part.
Any help gratefully received.
