Rule of thumb seems to be issues below 2000 egr issues above mass air flow sensor. Buf saying that I,d clean the tmap sensor first. Temperatures ,manifold air pressure plenty thread on here about cleaning the tmap (map)
Sensor. I cleaned mine with a full egr blank and that improves things. If its not the maf mass air flow sensor.
Next port of call is turbo pipe's. Good luck enjoy the car Paul in Essex ( I love the rain) plenty of post on here about the maf too. One idea is to disconnect wiring and if that improve things you know you maf is faulty cos they ain't cheap ,can be cleaned with the correct cleaner. that will throw out an eml which should go once re.connected. (engine management light) on dash .
