The first time the RH one came off easy with a bit of tapping with a hide mallet. The LH needed to have the pinch bolt heated and also needed an impact driver. (They were removed to do the upper wishbones).
The second time, things were much easier as I'd greased the bolts. The second removal was required because I had to replace the new RH wishbone which was noisy. The third removal was to replace the second new wishbone which was also noisy. The fork broke during the test drive after the second wishbone replacement.
I'm now on my 3rd new wishbone and I think it will be noise free! TRW wishbones appear to have quality issues.
