Never thought about it, until it actually happened this morning. And I'm sure it's coming to all other Brera owners.
First morning since owning the car I've had to scrap the ice of my windows. I thought I'd got it all off the drivers side which I paid extra special care to owing to the automatic window opening.
Suffice to say, the window didn't drop when I opened the door,
the electric window button wouldn't shift it,
so I had to shut the door. The door shut but the window didn't fit back into its seal until several miles down the motorway later when I managed to use the button to drop the window and put it back in place.
Has anyone had ice to remove yet, or have any idea how to avoid this problem in the future? I'm a bit worried about either breaking the window, the electrics or bending the whole thing out of shape for not fitting in its seal.
Think my next try would be a thick layer of de-icer around all four sides of the window, but anyone else with any thoughts?
