Suggest you reword the ad a little, its not really doing you any favours, plus I think that for a seven year old car that is going to cost £500 a year in tax, you have to discount the price heavily.
Please take this with a pinch of salt but people mostly assume that the old Top gear cliche of Alfas arriving everywhere on a tow truck, you don't want to encourage that view.
"I am looking for a new home for my Brera," really, is this Autotrader or Battersea dogs home? Is this car a dog?
"I have owned this car since March 2012 cover nearly 30,000 miles in that time." So, you have been going over potholes on B roads commuting at the rate of 1000+ miles a month? Assume the worst kind of miles, the suspension must be shot. Only two years of ownership? Is this car that bad?
"I am selling due to a job change that would require much more travel." Implies the car drinks like a fish and is very expensive to fuel... it is but you probably don't want to remind people of that. You could put 'wallet drainingly expensive to run' instead if you like.
"Recent tyres, front wishbones and wheel refurbishment, There are some stone chips on the bonnet and the passages side, " yep, sounds like it has been given a hard life, and peppered with holes. With the age of the car it probably needs a new subframe etc
"there is also an intermittent fault on the oil temperature gauge." So, a car that you haven't been looking after properly? what else is wrong?
"Xcarlink iPod / iPhone adapter." Does that mean no bluetooth or blue and me?
You don't need to slag your car off in the ad, you can do that when you meet people
... and if you have got big balls then put the car on eBay with a zero asking price, no reserve and a 10 day auction. You will (seriously) get the best possible market price!
