I paid £7700 for my fully loaded except Zenons 58 plate 2.4 TI sportwagon with 53k on it last December. It had just had a new dmf, but apart from fsh, it hadn't been particularly looked after and I knew it'd need a decent bit spending on it. Frankly there weren't many coming up and when they did they were way higher in price and no better in condition. The good thing with mine was it hadn't even been cleaned when I viewed it so I knew it was honest. Probably spent about 2k on it including new tyres, cambelts, EGR valve, new brake discs and pads, oil change etc but excluding remap, powerflex upgrade and powerflex removal a few weeks later, whether I could've got a better one for £9700, I doubt it.
