Diagnose clutch vs DMF vs slave
What's the best way to diagnose which clutch component is failing?
I'm looking into quote options at the moment and would like to avoid replacing the DMF if at all possible... I don't want to get shafted.
- poor low down power since I bought the car (probably unrelated)
- several months of clutch pedal sticking to the floor and having to be pulled up with my shoe (initially resolved by bleeding but it then returned a few months later)
- now I just cannot engage a gear whilst the engine is running (engages fine with engine off), so I cannot drive it at all
I had the clutch master cylinder replaced but the problem remains...
