Steering issues

Last weekend I clipped a curb in the middle of the road with the front offside wheel. I was doing about 30 mph. Steering is now not quite the same. It's difficult to describe, but it's as if the power steering isn't operating consistently because sometimes the steering feels really heavy and the car isn't fun to drive anymore. It tends to tramline more too but not sure if it is a road feature that is triggering it. I have checked tyre pressures and they are fine and I'm not getting any steering noises. Any suggestions welcome!

At a guess the wheel alignment would be affected and you may have damaged the rim. Get those items checked first?

You may have bent the steering arm or damaged a track rod end get it up in the air. Get the bloody under tray off without swearing lol and have a good look.

get the tracking checked (about £30), they will see then if the track rod is bent or if the wheel is damaged

If pressures are ok then as has been said if something is bent hopefully it is just the steering rack arm as they are available cheaply and easy to change.

You need to get it jacked up and check for play and look for anything bent or to a garage for them to check it asap and shouldnt really be driving it untill its fixed
