159 jtd sick

159 jtd 16v 150 bhp not very well, rather sick or am sick of it,,
was running great all week , now will not start after turning her off. fault code p0091 , fault code relates to fuel pressure low circuit c etc etc,
will start first time and every time with a jump start??? or the use of easy start (lives up to its name on the tin ) runs and drives ok , engine light comes on , then , it may go into limp mode the eventually cut out, but today light came on , drove her from Gateshead to ferry hill no problem at all , now getting looked at by qsp, , latest update , fuel pump?
rather in shock , as had alfa all my life never had a fuel pump go , spoke to various alfa specialist , all rather dumb-founded .
fuses under bonnet t10 and under the steering column have been checked, egr valve removed and cleaned, fuel filter changed , still will not start on its own accord, fuel pressure around 120 not 4 to 500 any suggestion most grateful

Try the old coke can trick and fully blank the egr, more post on here. But basically you blank the egr and see if that stops the problem.

159 jtd sick

Avoid quick start, it can cause long term damage.
Also check your battery and starter motor. The high pressure pump relays on the starter motor running over 1-200rpm, below that it's wont pressurise
