window motor and lifting arms

Right, was stupid enough to try and lower my drivers window the other day when it was frozen. This moment of madness was followed by grinding and window strugling to move.

Now, I managed to make it to the motor, took it of and tested it off the car and runs smooth. So im guessing its the runners in the door.

Anybody have a how to guide on full romovel of these because theres lots of things in the way and it would be good to have a guide to follow so I can replace them.

Hi Dave

Have you tried using the search function? There seem to be lots of threads about it, I have not gone into them but feel sure there will be some helpful advice/pictures there. Good luck!
