If I understand the original post correctly, the car isn't low enough on Eibach Pro-Kit springs.
Generally the springs in coilovers are harder than the Eibach Pro-Kit springs. The Pro-Kit springs are progressive rate, and so the coilovers are likely to reduce initial roll more. If you get fixed rate dampers with the coilovers then they are likely to be quite stiff to be able to control the dampers. Adjustable dampers are available at greater cost, but they be needed if you want to retain ride comfort.
The ground clearance is worth considering too - you'll need to be careful with kerbs, both in terms of approach angles but also straddling kerbs, such as having the left hand wheels on a kerb and the right on the road.
As with anything adjustable, there can be the temptation to play, but generally smart engineers come up with a better compromise than what we'll come up with.
