Bye bye

After 3 years on a contract hire 159Ti it is time to say goodbye, would have loved to stay with Alfa, my 159 in Alfa red just looks absolutely stunning, but with no 159 replacement due, and not bonding with a G it is time to go to the dark side and go German, 5 series M Sport to be precise

If and when AR get there act together and bring a suitable replacement out for the 159 I will be back like a shot

It has been quite depressing to read all the posts about the current state AR are in at the moment, lets hope the "5 year plan" comes to fruition

I think it means that they'll spend 5 years making a plan...

My 159 left the building almost 4 years ago now and I gave up on expecting a desirable and affordable Alfa Romeo replacement. The Giulietta wasn't the car for me, and now that I have taken early retirement there will be no more Alfas in my garage. Marchionne missed my last two car replacement cycles completely.

Hopefully he will re-invent the brand in April

There must be many 159 owners in the same boat as you lad

Stepping down to the Giulietta just wont cut it

I do hope Alfa increase the range pretty damn sharpish to stem the tidal flow of Alfa owners to other brands.

Yep my 09 159 Lusso went today. Pick up my new XF on Saturday. Again if a replacement for the 159 existed I may have stayed Alfa but of to Jag now. Will I be back if Alfa come to there senses? Will see but if Alfa loose to many!!!!
