Sorry to hear about your problems Carm. Obviously some of these issues you perhaps would expect on a new car, although the fact that you have so many is a bit worrying. It sounds as if the dealer's pre-delivery inspections hasn't been done up to standard - who did you get the car from (I assume it was bought new, and not an ex-demo?).
Number 12 is a bit odd...I didn't study the engine bay of the Brera I test-drove that closely - and it was the 2.4 diesel - but I can't recall seeing any GM logos. Perhaps someone else on the forum who has a 2.2 could confirm whether this is normal?
