Just collected 58 plate 2.4 manual TI 50k miles, totally fully loaded except satnav, even got a factory fitted detachable towbar.
It has the following brand new brembo discs and pads, EGR valve, cam belts etc, wishbones, droplinks, wipers, badges, aux belt, wiper linkage, full service and deep pile OEM carpets just arrived in the post this morning to finish it off. Oh, it was a private sale.
Had intended on putting new dampers and springs on as soon as I got a 159, but I actually think it's good as is, nice ride, so I think I'll buy a set of Vredestein Wintracs or Nokian A3. Holding off on the remap for a bit, it's pretty bloody quick already and so smooth.
Heading off to Autolusso in a few mins to drop off their new courtesy car, my old 156 sportwagon. There's never been a better time to take your car to Autolusso for some work cos you get to drive my old car
Kids were crying earlier, it's been their car since they were about 2, mind you, they cried when I got rid of the old 33, it was the red leather in the 156 that scared them.
We've all seen shiny TI's before, but it's gotta be done
