Thumbs Up Bye bye Alfa Romeo

Finally got around to part exchanging my 159. Visited a dealers this morning and got a decent part ex for a less than one year old Vauxhall Astra, petrol. Delighted.
I don't do the mileage now having taken early retirement so no need for an oil burner.
Is has been fun on the forums, some of the time, but at other time a little cliquey, especially on the 159 forum, hey ho!
There is a wealth of knowledge published in the forums and some very helpful and polite members to help out.
I wish everyone of you from the bottom of my heart the very best. To the less than savoury characters out there, one member in particular from the last few days, take this advise "try not to write on the forum what you would not say to a persons face" I bet that fell on deaf ears.
Best regards

You've got me worried now Gary, have I been a little insensitive at all?

Wish Alfa would make G Coupe as good looking as the Astra Coupe.

All the best with the Astra. Feel free to report back on how you find it.

Let us know if you miss having an Alfa at all in the future. I keep thinking about going to back to VW but thing i'd regret it.

Had an Astra 1.4i Turbo as a rental car a few months back.

It was quite fun. Luckily it had an Opel badge as I'm allergic to Vauxhalls for some reason....
