Paint Blisters - 159

I have a 2008 ***** 159 JTS. I got it from new and it has done 58k km.

I recently noticed that the metallic paintwork has started to blister or bubble around the boot seam and the edges of the tail light. These are not impact chips but simply look like the paint lifting.

Whilst the car is just out of warranty under Australian law I have rights for the dealer to have to rectify the problem. Hopefully there will not be an argument but I was interested to know if this is an indemic problem prior to having that discussion.
Otherwise no problems with the all.

I have a small patch of rust on the rear seam of the boot on one of the corners, it can't be a stone chip because of the position it's in (right on the leading edge). My first thought was that the paint is thinner where it wraps around the edge of the boot lid. Haven't approached garage about it yet though and it hasn't blistered so I sanded it and used touch up paint and will see if that cures it.

Also congrats on the cricket so far.......
