There is a bolt through the rear of runner in to the floor and the fronts just hook in. Undo the electrical connectors for the seat, remove the two bolts, undo the bolt that holds the seat belt to the seat frame, tilt up and forward and that's it for the fronts.
Pull up on the the rear bench seat and have a look under, you'll see two clips which can be a PITA to release. That said a good tug will break them and there only a couple of pounds to replace. You then push the bench seat towards the rear of the car to un clip it, job done.
I have the rear folding seats which are held in the hinge with a spring loaded hinge bolt that just requires a spin to line the plate up and a leaver with a screw driver to pop it out. The two side bolsters are held in with a bolt top and bottom.
30-45mins to remove the lot if you've done it before, but that said I have argued with the rear bench seat for over a hour on occasions.
